Orders will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and be shipped the next day after the processing day.

For Canada orders, it usually takes 2-6 business days to receive the product after we processed the order. For orders outside of Canada, it usually takes 10-15 business days to receive the package.

When your order is shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will include a tracking link so you can keep an eye on your package as it travels to you.

Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. If your order is not yet delivered after 30 days, Kindly inform us via email so we can help you to further check on your parcel status. Usually, we will offer you to resend a replacement with no additional fees. However, if you're not willing to wait anymore for replacement, we need to allow 60 days before we can immediately refund you.
